Our wild meat comes exclusively from local game, guaranteeing fresh, authentic venison, chamois and wild boar.

Among the dishes offered, you can enjoy venison medallions and delicious stews prepared with these prized meats. We also offer the opportunity to enjoy the saddle of venison, available for a minimum of 2 people, by reservation at least one day in advance. (The venison saddle is the only game offering that is imported, always ensuring a high standard of product quality.)
